Dinosaur Discovery uncovers the wonderful world of Australian Dinosaurs. Become a Paleontologist and look at real fossils to find out about the Dinosaurs that called Australia home. Students will learn how scientists reconstruct the past by looking at different types of fossil evidence.
Dinosaur Discovery Program Content:
In this program students will:
- Have a presentation on fossils and how they are made
- Look at the geological time scale
- Explore Dinosaur fossil sites across Australia
- Walk in the footsteps of the past to discover the size of some Australian Dinosaurs
- Become a palaeontologist and do a mini fossil dig
- Make a fossil to take home
- Touch real fossils
