Marvellous Marine Program content:

In this program students will:

• Have a presentation on Australian marine life and hear some SCUBA diving stories
• Explore different marine habitats across Australia
• Classify different groups of marine animals
• Learn about the life cycle of marine animals
• See live rockpool animals

• Classification: Living Things – Vertebrates and Invertebrates
• Identification: Common groups of marine animals, habitats and comparing features
• Hands on investigation: Field works practices, applying geographical tools and observation
• Sustainability: Protecting habitats and saving species
